     •    Once you have scheduled an appointment and provided a valid and current email address, you will receive an email notice from our office with your Username and Temporary Password (Please Note:  Password and Username may be in two [2] seperate emails).  Please ensure Obstetrics & Gynecology emails are not arriving in spam folders.
